Structural Construction Supervisor
The Opportunity
You will serve as a key field leader driving structural, foundation, and geotechnical projects throughout Los Angeles County. This role gives you the opportunity to showcase your expertise across structural concrete, framing, and steel while directing field crews and maintaining high quality standards. You will directly protect home and building structures while advancing your career with an industry leader.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in structural concrete, framing, and steel construction.
- Direct experience executing residential foundation repairs and seismic retrofits.
- Demonstrated ability to independently read and work from complex structural engineering plans.
- Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Residence within a reasonable commuting distance of Los Angeles County.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Strong background in managing both internal trade crews and specialized subcontractors.
- Excellent customer service skills with proven experience handling client and inspector communications.
- Strong leadership capability with a focus on crew development and safety enforcement.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $140,000 per year.
