Structural Concrete Foreman - Allied Concrete

About the role

Allied Concrete is seeking an experienced Structural Concrete Foreman to perform direct supervision of our concrete team in Belgrade, MT.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates layout and execution of individual work on the project site.
• Ensures all craft work conforms to contract requirements.
• Translates general work requirements and prioritizes crews, materials, and equipment.
• Organizes and maintains work crews to maximize production and efficiency.
• Identifies, verifies, and reports any scheduling conflicts with contractors.
• Evaluates the quality of concrete work to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Identifies and addresses any issues or defects in the concrete construction process.
• Implements quality control measures to prevent errors and ensure high standards.
• Maintains accurate records and documentation of quality control inspections.
• Prepares daily time sheets for all supervised personnel.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in commercial concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and tools.
• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
• Valid motor vehicle license.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays on an as-needed basis.
• Ability to work on construction projects in both standard and high-risk areas.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs and ladders and negotiate work areas under construction.

Schedule

Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and Saturdays as needed.
