Concrete Structures Foreman

About the role

We are seeking a self-motivated Concrete Structures Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, organization, and safety expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers, including ordering materials and scheduling crews.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Travel as needed to oversee projects and manage resources.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Concrete Structures Foreman or 10+ years as a concrete form setter/carpenter.
• Clean driving record.
• Available to work 7 days a week and extended hours as needed.
• Able to read and interpret construction plans.
• Able to schedule and manage construction crews effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and employees.

Skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and plans.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The position requires flexibility to work 7 days a week and varied and extended hours. May also require travel out of town for long periods at a time.
