Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Draft and design engineering construction documents for custom and production homes, remodels, commercial buildings, and other miscellaneous projects
- Ensure all designs meet safety specifications, industry standards, and legal requirements
- Utilize company and industry standards to draft and design projects in CAD software
- Absorb in site visits as required and adeptly translate existing structures into comprehensive engineering plans
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to live and work in the United States
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus)
- Understanding of basic calculations and ability to use spreadsheets
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF software
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at once
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Being a team player
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
