About the role
The Structural BIM Modeler is responsible for creating and maintaining detailed building information modeling (BIM) documentation.
Responsibilities
- Create and update BIM models using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Document design changes and provide clear instructions for construction phases.
- Ensure all BIM models are up-to-date and integrated with other project documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Basic knowledge of GIS and spatial analysis tools.
Skills
- Proficiency in BIM software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay
- $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
