Structural Assistant Engineer I / II

About the role

Candidate will provide structural design for water and wastewater facility projects, including Industrial Buildings, Pump Stations, Process Basins, and Treatment Facilities. The role involves working directly with senior-level structural engineers, offering mentoring opportunities while also completing design tasks independently and on schedule.

Candidates will gain experience in steel, reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, and aluminum design, as well as familiarity with building codes and structural analysis. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-discipline team environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and design for environmental engineering structures, industrial buildings, and administration buildings
• Review construction submittals
• Effectively communicate with multi-discipline teams

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Concentration from an ABET-accredited institution
