Structural and Payload Design Engineer 3 (contract)

About the role

BCA Structures 737 Airframe organization is looking for structures design engineers with previous design experience in the 737 product to support production at the Renton, WA location.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Material Sciences)
• 8+ years of related work experience in structure design
• Experience with CATIA V5 and Boeing-specific design tools and processes

Qualifications

• Previous job experience working on the 737 program in Structures
• Ability to excel in a highly dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex, nuanced results clearly and concisely
• Initiative and ability to recognize needs/SOW without explicit guidance
• Ability to provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems
• Familiarity with DCCS, ETAC, PDM

Pay

Pay rate range: 66–71 USD hourly
