STRONG Pilates- Fitness Instructor

About the role

As a STRONG Instructor, you’ll lead unforgettable classes that blend cardio intensity with Pilates control and flow, guided by music, lights, and your presence. You’ll build community, celebrate milestones, and deliver an experience that keeps clients coming back.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes that combine Pilates precision with heart-pumping cardio on our Rowformer and Bikeformer machines.
• Create a high-performance environment that challenges clients while keeping it fun, safe, and inclusive.
• Provide precise cueing, movement correction, and motivation tailored to each client’s needs.
• Coach through STRONG Academy, gaining access to an in-depth instructor certification and onboarding program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, learning their names and celebrating their milestones.
• Maintain a clean, elevated studio environment and ensure seamless flow and control throughout the class.
• Represent STRONG authentically, professionally, and with pride both inside and outside the studio.
• Collaborate with your team to drive memberships, support presales, and shape the culture of new studios as we expand.

Requirements

• 6+ months of group fitness teaching experience (Pilates, HIIT, cycling, barre, or similar).
• A passion for movement, performance, and people.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire others.
• Flexibility and reliability, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every class.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Certified Personal Trainer or recognized Pilates certification.
• Current CPR & AED certification.
