Stroke Program Manager
Description
Lead and oversee all aspects of the Stroke Program, ensuring high-quality, guideline-driven care.
Collaborate with medical directors and interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes.
Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based stroke protocols.
Analyze patient data and lead quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure regulatory compliance and certification readiness.
Provide education to staff, patients, families, and the community.
Facilitate research efforts and continuous learning within the program.
Drive program sustainability through reporting, evaluation, and innovation.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Range: $116,438-$174,636

What You Bring
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field, Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington/MSL, Minimum: 4 years in a healthcare setting, 2 years in stroke or neuroscience care, Experience educating clinicians or leading training initiatives, Current BLS and ACLS certifications, NIH Stroke Scale Certification (within 6 months)
