Stroke Neurologist
Location: Pensacola, FL | Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola
About the role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established team of 4 physicians and 3 APPs with a 1:4 call structure in a mixed practice setting. Access to support staff and an employed position within a nonprofit health system are provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide neurology care within an integrated referral network.
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration in Florida.
- Licensed Physician (MD/DO) credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
