Stretch Specialist / Assisted Stretch & Mobility Coach

About the role

We help people move better, feel better, and live better. We're looking for a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, supportive, wellness-focused studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques
• Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement
• Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care
• Create a welcoming client experience
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
• Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC)
• Yoga or Pilates instructor certification
• Massage Therapy Student
• Licensed Massage Therapist

• Comfort providing hands-on assisted stretch services
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
