Stretch Specialist / Assisted Stretch & Mobility Coach

About the role

We’re looking for a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, supportive, wellness-focused studio environment. This is a great opportunity for movement professionals who enjoy one-on-one client care, value consistency over chaos, and want to build meaningful relationships, without sales pressure or clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques
• Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement
• Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care
• Create a welcoming client experience
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
• Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC)
• Yoga or Pilates instructor certification

Additionally, you should have a passion for helping people move and feel better, comfort providing hands-on assisted stretch services, strong communication skills, and a client-first mindset.

$24.00-$26.00 per hour, plus you keep all tips.

Schedule

Full-Time @ 20 hours, with flexible times.
