What This Role Actually Looks Like
- Back-to-back assisted stretch sessions (this is physical work)
- Learning and applying structured protocols (not freestyle stretching)
- Building relationships with members over time
- Keeping energy high even when the schedule is full
- Supporting sales through client experience and results
A typical day may include 4–12 sessions with minimal downtime. This is not a sit-down job. It's not low-effort. And it's not for people who burn out after a busy day.
What You Bring
- Strong work ethic and consistency (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work for extended periods
- Ability to connect with people quickly and build trust
- Self-starter mindset — you don't need to be micromanaged
- Interest in fitness, recovery, or bodywork
Nice to have (not required): Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field; Personal training, massage, or rehab experience.

- Deliver customized assisted stretch sessions using company protocols
- Track client progress and adjust sessions accordingly
- Create a high-quality, consistent client experience
- Maintain a clean, professional studio environment
- Support member retention and engagement
