Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team of fitness professionals
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values (DRIVE: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence) in every session

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
• Proficiency with mobile and web apps (e.g., Mindbody, Trainerize) for session management, client notes, and communication

Skills

• Excellent communication and professionalism
• High energy and motivational skills
• Ability to design and deliver personalized training programs
