Flexible schedule

  • Teaching group workouts, personal training, and team classes (minimum 25-30 hours per week)
  • Supervision of Assistant Coaches - scheduling, coaching assessments and feedback, oversight of client assessments.

D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up with a mission of providing the best fitness philosophy and facility to its athletes, empowering them to improve themselves by efficiently and consistently reaching their fitness goals. Responsibilities

  • Teach proper form, modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
  • Completing client assessments to align each member with the appropriate program.

Requirements

  • Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
  • At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
  • Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).

  • Building and maintaining relationships with each D1 member
