About the role
As a D1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, your role is to:
- Foster a motivating environment for athletes of all ages.
- Deliver exceptional coaching, training, nutrition guidance, and accountability.
- Adept training programs to each athlete’s unique needs.
- Teach proper techniques to maximize results and minimize injury.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging group workouts, personalized training, and team coaching.
- Ensure sessions start and finish on time for a consistent athlete experience.
- Continuously assess and align athletes with suitable programs.
- Maintain strong, supportive athlete relationships.
- Provide industry-leading advice on strength, speed, agility, and nutrition.
Requirements
- Valid AED/CPR/First Aid Certification
- At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA
- Minimum 1 year of experience in strength & conditioning (group, team, or personal training)
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
Qualifications

Pay
$35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule
