About the role

As a D1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, your role is to:

  • Foster a motivating environment for athletes of all ages.
  • Deliver exceptional coaching, training, nutrition guidance, and accountability.
  • Adept training programs to each athlete’s unique needs.
  • Teach proper techniques to maximize results and minimize injury.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging group workouts, personalized training, and team coaching.
  • Ensure sessions start and finish on time for a consistent athlete experience.
  • Continuously assess and align athletes with suitable programs.
  • Maintain strong, supportive athlete relationships.
  • Provide industry-leading advice on strength, speed, agility, and nutrition.

Requirements

  • Valid AED/CPR/First Aid Certification
  • At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in strength & conditioning (group, team, or personal training)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)

Pay

$35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule

Hours vary based on facility needs and may include evenings and weekends.
