Online payroll and time card

Location

Adjacent to the Wayland L. Jenkins Jr. Fine Arts Center

Responsibilities

• Verify information on the checklists
• Ensure accuracy of tax setup information
• Update address and contact information
• Edit work email to Chowan email if necessary
• Clock in and out for all hourly employees
• Submit punch change requests through Paycor for supervisor approval
• Supervisors must approve time cards by 12pm on the Monday of the week Payroll is due for biweekly payroll or 4 days prior to the pay date by 12pm for monthly payrolls

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with Paycor system
• Must be able to verify and approve hours worked
• Must be able to assist employees with technical issues related to Paycor
