Strength & Conditioning Coach
The Role
Lead the Turf: Deliver high-energy group workouts, targeted personal training, and sport-specific team camps using D1’s periodized training system.
Drive Results: Measure progress, provide basic nutrition guidance, and keep athletes accountable to long-term goals.
Own Client Retention: Build authentic relationships with athletes and parents through regular follow-ups, progress tracking, and movement assessments.
Prioritize Safety: Teach flawless movement mechanics to build resilient athletes and minimize injury risk.
Requirements
- Certification: Valid NCCA-accredited Strength & Conditioning certification (e.g., CSCS, USAW, NASM-PES, NSCA-CPT)
- Safety: Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years coaching strength and conditioning (Group, Team, or High-Performance Personal Training)
- Availability: Ready to coach during peak training hours (Weeknights, Friday afternoons, and Saturdays)
