About the role
We are seeking an experienced, world-class Strength and Conditioning Coach to step in as the top coach at a franchise location for one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises in the United States. This is not an entry-level position—you should be able to work with any client from day one, including professional athletes, college-bound competitors, adults, and youth athletes.

Responsibilities
- Lead group training sessions for ages 7 to adult, including dynamic warm-ups and high-energy workouts.
- Coach 1-on-1 clients, ranging from youth athletes to adults, and develop individualized programming.
- Build relationships with clients and help them achieve their fitness and performance goals.
- Grow your 1-on-1 book of business and compete for top performance on the coaching leaderboard.
- Train scholastic athletes (ages 8–18) to develop strength, speed, movement, and confidence in a fun, competitive environment.
- Deliver a consistent, world-class training experience in every session.
- Prepare the facility (turf, weight room, whiteboard) and maintain a high-energy, performance-driven atmosphere.
- Work alongside a team of competitive, energetic coaches and take ownership of your athletes and the facility.
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Exercise Science (EXSC) or a related field.
- 2+ years of coaching experience; CSCS or national certification preferred.
- Ability to program for 1-on-1 clients and adapt to diverse training needs.
- Strong knowledge of strength and conditioning principles.
- Positive, energetic personality with a “can-do” attitude and no ego about client levels.

Pay
Base pay: $15–$30 per hour (higher for CSCS-certified coaches) plus strong commission and bonus structure.
Schedule
Part-time, 15–20 hours per week.
