Description

The City of Flagstaff Public Works Division is hiring two Streets Operations Technician II team members to help maintain and improve the City's transportation infrastructure. In this rewarding role, you'll perform and train other personnel in a variety of construction, maintenance, and repair activities involving City signs, streets, easements, rights-of-way, and sidewalks. You'll also play a vital role in supporting Snow Operations to help keep Flagstaff's roadways safe and accessible during winter weather.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
  • Three (3) years of experience as a laborer in semi-skilled crafts, involved in construction, building, or landscaping trades
  • Two (2) years of proficient heavy equipment operation experience
  • Must possess a valid Arizona Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
