Responsibilities

• Defining and communicating organisational strategy and key priorities
• Understanding our current strengths, capabilities, and constraints
• Identifying future capabilities required to support growth
• Assessing gaps and recommending where investment and change should be focused
• Establishing clear objectives, key results, and measures of success
• Creating mechanisms to track strategic progress and business performance
• Prioritising initiatives, projects, and investments based on value and business impact
• Translating strategic objectives into practical delivery plans
• Providing visibility into progress, resources, dependencies, and risks
• Improving governance, reporting, and portfolio management practices
• Supporting leadership and board-level decision making with timely and accurate information
• Driving accountability for delivery and outcomes across the organisation

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategy, transformation, PMO, portfolio management, business planning, or organisational change initiatives
• Experience working directly with senior leadership teams
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience establishing governance, reporting, planning, or performance management frameworks
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery
• Comfortable operating in a growing, fast-paced environment where priorities evolve
