About the Role
Our Data and AI Strategy practitioners work to create and execute an organization’s business strategy for data and AI, including defining a compelling industry vision, creating value models, describing business/technology roadmaps, and creating operating models and platform and ecosystem architecture in support of data-led transformation. Use scaled agile disciplines to transform around an iterative approach sequencing use cases focused on critical data elements aligned to data product and platform feature development.
Responsibilities
- Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI-led business reinvention.
- Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on how to infuse Data & AI into business processes or functions.
- Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
- Assess the maturity of an organization’s data and AI foundation.
- Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy, and future-ready operating model.
- Create the business case, investment profile, and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
- Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop a plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define an operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
- Create a strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
- Originate new opportunities and see through the sales cycle.
- Travel as needed based on client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working within the Data and AI Strategy space, including specific skills and experiences around Data Management, Data Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI, and leading tech-driven transformations.
- 7+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
- A minimum of 7 years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal help.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (nice to have).
- Experience with senior-level (C-level or C-level minus 1) conversations (nice to have).
- Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written (nice to have).
- Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, lead client conversations, and engage in go-to-market activities (nice to have).
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, and proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- Experience bringing innovative ideas to projects.
Pay
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The following ranges are provided as required by local law:
- California: $150,900 to $387,800
- Cleveland: $150,900 to $387,800
- Colorado: $150,900 to $387,800
- District of Columbia: $150,900 to $387,800
- Illinois: $150,900 to $387,800
- Maine: $150,900 to $387,800
- Maryland: $150,900 to $387,800
- Massachusetts: $150,900 to $387,800
- Minnesota: $150,900 to $387,800
- New York: $150,900 to $387,800
- New Jersey: $150,900 to $387,800
- Virginia: $150,900 to $387,800
- Washington: $150,900 to $387,800
