Strategy & Planning Analyst

Role Overview

The Strategy and Planning Analyst is responsible for assisting in several key functions of the department: (1) Board of Directors and Committee Engagements, (2) Corporate and Growth Strategy, (3) Enterprise Business Plan, and (4) Office of the CEO/President Support. The Analyst will build expertise in strategic planning, business planning, analytics, competitive analysis, market research, and M&A evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Supports Directors and Managers
• Develops slide decks and storylines
• Conducts research
• Develops analyses/models (e.g., market analysis, competitor analysis, industry sizing, projections)
• Designs standardized templates
• Completes progress reports for projects
• Takes meeting notes and summarizes key action items and next steps

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Specialization in Health Care Administration, Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred
• At least one to three (1-3) years related experience in a strategy or research-related field with market analysis and health care industry experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated interest in health care
