Strategy Planning Advisor
About the role
Under limited supervision, responsible for development of the organization's strategic plan(s). The Strategy Planning Advisor will serve as a key strategic partner. This position plays a critical role in developing frameworks for strategic enablement, providing cross-functional support and collaboration, conducting research and analysis, and supporting executive projects. This work directly contributes to the organization’s strategy and performance.
Responsibilities
- Counsels on the development of the organization's strategic plan(s).
- Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning analysis and other studies.
- Collaborates with all major business units to integrate individual business unit plans, best practices, and global and multi-discipline perspectives.
- Develops concepts into strategies including quantitative analyses and recommendations; screens plans for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability prior to presentation to senior management.
- Identifies, researches, analyzes and makes recommendations to support the organization's growth objectives.
- Pinpoints and addresses core issues within business processes.
- Completes special projects and initiatives with skillful oversight and support.
- Leads meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination.
- Identifies areas of improvement across the organization and makes actionable recommendations.
- Develops content, narratives and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills.
- Strong communications and human relations skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: Five (5) years work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.

Benefits
Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs.
Pay
USA: $7,094.23/mo - $15,607.31/mo, FEC Pay Grade: E27
Schedule
Hybrid in Memphis, TN, Plano, TX or Pittsburgh, PA
