Strategy Partner

For our client, we are seeking a Strategy Partner to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will help shape enterprise strategy by leading and supporting cross-functional initiatives across the organization. The position will partner with business leaders to develop strategic plans, resolve complex issues, and ensure initiative outcomes align with broader organizational goals. It also plays an important role in strengthening planning discipline through standard analytics and repeatable processes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $102,700 – $164,600 annually Responsibilities Lead or support strategic initiatives across the organization Participate in developing strategic plans for key business units Clarify and resolve complex issues to support successful initiatives Align initiative impacts with overall strategic goals Develop standard analytics and processes for strategic projects Contribute to shaping organizational culture and skills Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning or related work 2 years of consulting experience, either internal or external Preferred: Master’s degree in Business or a related field Preferred: 6 years of experience in the payer, hospital system, or care delivery industry Benefits Opportunities for professional development and training Exposure to multiple projects and aspects of the organization Supportive role in planning and communicating enterprise strategy Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
