About The Role Elliott Davis is seeking an experienced, data-driven leader to join the Data & Analytics team within Strategy & Operations as a Director. This role combines client delivery, practice development, and team leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will help clients define data strategies, automate business processes, build scalable analytics solutions, and deliver actionable insights that improve business performance. The Director will lead client engagements, manage project scope and budgets, collaborate with executive and operational stakeholders, and oversee delivery of data and analytics solutions from strategy through deployment. The ideal candidate can bridge finance, accounting, technology, and business operations to create measurable client value and drive transformation initiatives. In addition to client service responsibilities, this leader will contribute to business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, cultivating client relationships, and expanding Elliott Davis's Data & Analytics offerings.
