This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AAI AMER leadership to create and refine key metrics dashboards
• Oversee monthly business reviews, managing data collection and analysis for leadership
• Partner with central Revenue Operations to standardize key metrics across business segments
• Develop a use case framework using CRM data and direct insights from sales interactions
• Conduct comprehensive segment analyses, identify quick wins, and help initiate strategic projects
• Build relationships with regional leaders and serve as a trusted thought partner
• Enhance processes for tracking priorities and initiatives, representing this work to various stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting, preferably in a commercial role
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to transform data into actionable recommendations
• Familiarity with go-to-market systems and business intelligence tools
• Ability to establish trust and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience in strategic planning processes and business reviews
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience

Pay

$270,000 – $310,000 annually
