Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Drive global governance and manage the operational rhythms for the Applied AI organization across multiple regions
• Optimize customer progression through the AI adoption funnel stages, collaborating with regional leadership
• Structure analytical frameworks to prioritize high-impact AI use cases based on customer insights
• Define key performance indicators in collaboration with revenue operations to measure AI adoption success
• Analyze go-to-market strategies with ecosystem partners to ensure profitable revenue growth
• Act as a thought partner to technical and commercial leaders, creating scalable tracking processes for project delivery
• Support business planning and executive storytelling with in-depth segment analysis and strategic cases

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales strategy or management consulting with a focus on revenue operations and cross-functional alignment
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in CRM systems and data interpretation to support AI adoption strategies
• Proven communication skills, capable of presenting insights to C-suite executives and sales leaders effectively
• Deep understanding of enterprise data management and AI ecosystem, including big data and hybrid cloud infrastructures
• Strong quantitative and data manipulation capabilities, with knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau and SQL
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments by independently building processes and governance frameworks

Pay

$144,000 – $180,000 annually
