About the role

Strategy Insights and Planning Manager – Technology Industry
As a leader in the tech vertical, you will help clients modernize their commercial engines and unlock sustainable revenue growth. You will partner with senior client leaders to design and implement data-driven commercial strategies, operating models, and scale programs that improve customer experience, internal productivity, accelerate pipeline, and drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery on multiple high-impact projects, with significant direct client interaction.
  • Design and implement the GTM frameworks that solve the industry's toughest challenges.
  • Establish or maintain ongoing client relationships with key decision makers that drive new business development.
  • Identify white-space opportunities within existing accounts and spearhead market-entry for new clients.
  • Support development of firm capabilities and offerings (recruitment, training, internal initiatives).
  • Motivate, coach and serve as a role model for project team members;
  • Develop and lead internal programs to sharpen the firm’s collective analytical and leadership edge.

Requirements

  • MBA from a leading university preferred, with strong academic performance
  • 6–8+ years of management consulting experience, with increasing responsibility
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, combining strategic thinking with attention to detail
  • Experience in B2B marketing, sales, or go-to-market strategy preferred
  • Analytic problem-solving skills, with an ability both to see the big picture and delve into details
  • Excellent organization & planning skills

Qualifications

  • Must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for intended country of employment.
