Responsibilities
- Work directly with leaders from the world’s leading and largest corporations
- Learn how their strategies and businesses work
- Shape capabilities across the organization
- Lead the team in designing custom business simulations and digital learning experiences
- Facilitate these engagements with clients in working sessions that incorporate humor, fun, and competition
- Be the team leader and client manager as well as the facilitator and coach who makes these experiences impactful and memorable
- Work across our company’s areas of expertise: Strategic Alignment, Business Acumen, Sales & Marketing, and Leadership Development
- Be an entrepreneurial-minded business generator who drives results and revenue for BTS
- Lead project and account management
- Grow the careers of other BTSers
Requirements
- Minimum ten years' experience in consulting, or 15 years of work experience in a relevant industry
- Proven experience in a revenue generating or account management consulting role as well as in project leadership
- Demonstrated ability to build, expand, and sustain senior client relationships
- Established network with decision-makers; ability to leverage existing relationships to open doors and create new opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

Pay
Annual Salary Range: $170,000 - $210,000
Schedule
We have a hybrid work environment with expectations of being in the office 50% of the time when you're not traveling. You'll travel when you are leading clients through the designed experiences you and your teammates create. On average you'll travel 30-50% of the time, occasionally more than 50%, occasionally less than 30%.
