Strategy Consultant

Job Title: Strategy Consultant – Member Engagement Campaigns Location: Remote (U.S.) About The Company Our client is one of the largest healthcare organizations in the U.S. and serves millions of members through its health plans and consumer health services. Its Messaging & Innovation group builds personalized, multi-channel member communications, including RCS rich messaging, that help members take action on their health and benefits. Job Summary We're looking for two Strategy Consultants to manage the planning, execution, monitoring and operational coordination of member engagement campaigns. You'll build campaign documentation, move campaigns through reviews and approvals, track performance, and support reporting and process improvement. The role suits someone who is organized, detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating across many stakeholders in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate member engagement campaigns from intake through launch, keeping timelines, owners and dependencies on track.Develop and maintain campaign documentation, including briefs, requirements, workflows and approval records.Coordinate reviews and approvals with business, compliance, legal and creative stakeholders.Monitor live campaigns and track performance against engagement goals.Prepare recurring reports and dashboards that summarize campaign results and insights for leadership.Manage day-to-day operational coordination across campaign operations, design and technical teams.Find gaps in current processes and recommend improvements that help the team scale. Requirements 3+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, consulting or program coordination.Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns or projects with cross-functional stakeholders.Experience writing clear process and campaign documentation.Comfort tracking performance metrics and building reports in Excel or a BI tool.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Workfront) and the Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Qualifications Experience with member or customer engagement campaigns across SMS, RCS, email, push or IVR.Healthcare, health insurance or other regulated-industry experience, including familiarity with HIPAA or TCPA requirements.Background in management or strategy consulting.Experience with process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma or similar).
