We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph about company mission etc. Likely belongs under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading for description of role. The intro about company could be part of "About the role" or maybe we can include a short paragraph under "About the role". The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have those headings if content exists. We need to decide which sections have content. From posting: - Position Summary: The Strategy Business Partner (SBP) is a key member... This is about the role. So we can put that under About the role. - "What you will do:" list of duties -> Responsibilities. - "Qualifications:" list -> Qualifications (maybe also Requirements? The posting has Qualifications section; also maybe Requirements not separate. Could treat Qualifications as Requirements? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings possible. The posting only has Qualifications. We could put that under Qualifications. Requirements maybe not present; we could omit Requirements if no specific content. - Skills: The posting mentions skills within Qualifications (e.g., Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving skills; Excellent executive communication, leadership, operational skills; Proven track record; etc.) Could extract into Skills section. But we must not invent or summarize away detail. If we create Skills section, we need to pull specific skill statements from the posting. The posting includes many skill-related phrases within Qualifications. We could either keep them under Qualifications or split. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we keep Qualifications only, and not create separate Skills unless there is a distinct Skills bullet list. There's no separate "Skills" heading. So we may omit Skills section. - Benefits: The posting mentions "For details on our comprehensive benefits program, visit www.clearcaptions.com/careers to explore our total rewards package." That's a reference but not specific benefits. It says "For details on our comprehensive benefits program...". That's not specific benefit details; it's a pointer. According to rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does not list specific benefits; just says visit link. So we should not create Benefits section. - Pay: The posting includes "Compensation: $180,000 to $190,000 plus 10% bonus determined by competitive market analysis and internal equity considerations. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and business needs." That's specific pay info. So we should include Pay section. - Schedule: The posting mentions "This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategy Execution." Also later: "Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and travel (up to 10%); will include some overnight travel." Also under Physical Demands and Work Environment: "100% Remote: Work environment is primarily indoors at home...". Also Travel (up to 5%) may include overnight and out-of-state travel. So schedule info includes remote, flexible hours, travel. That's specific enough for Schedule section. So we can include Schedule. - Requirements: Not separate; maybe we can treat Qualifications as Requirements. But we have Qualifications heading already. We could omit Requirements. - About the role: we have Position Summary and maybe intro about company? The intro about company mission could be considered About the company, not role. But we could include a brief paragraph under About the role summarizing the role's purpose. The Position Summary is enough. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Thus we must cut out: - Intro mission paragraph? That's about company; maybe we keep as part of About the role? It's substantive about company but not role. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information". Does that include company mission? It's substantive about the company. It might be considered part of About the role? But the heading "About the role" is for role description; but we could still include that paragraph under About the role as context. It's not duplicated. It's not boilerplate. So we keep. - "The kind of people we look for:" bullet list (Versatile people..., Excited..., Innate problem solvers..., Takes initiative..., Individuals with a growth mindset..., Align with our company core values: Integrity, Accountability, Collaboration, Service and Quality.) That's substantive about desired traits; could be part of Qualifications or Requirements. We'll include under Qualifications maybe as bullet list. - "Position Summary:" paragraph. - "What you will do:" list. - "Qualifications:" list. - "Physical Demands:" and "Work Environment:" paragraphs. - "Compensation:" paragraph. - "For details on our comprehensive benefits program..." we will not create Benefits section but maybe we could include a short sentence under Pay? Actually it's about benefits; we could include a note under Pay? But we should not invent sections. Could we include a brief sentence under Pay about benefits? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could add a sentence under Pay about benefits pointer. But it's not pay; it's benefits. Since we are not creating Benefits section, we could maybe include that sentence under Pay as a note? That might be mixing. Better to omit it because it's not specific benefit details; it's just a pointer. The rule says: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does not state specific benefits, so we omit Benefits entirely. The pointer is not substantive benefit detail; it's a referral. We could omit it. - "Intrigued to learn more? When you apply..." that's application instructions; remove. - Equal opportunity employer statement: remove. - Disclaimer: remove. - ClearCaptions does not offer sponsorship... remove. - Protecting Your Candidate Experience... remove. Thus we keep: company intro, kind of people we look for, position summary, what you will do, qualifications, physical demands, work environment, compensation. Now we need to map to sections. About the role: Could include company intro + kind of people we look for + position summary? Might be too much but okay. Responsibilities: What you will do list. Qualifications: Qualifications list + maybe physical demands? Physical demands are not qualifications but work environment. Could be under Schedule? Actually schedule includes remote, flexible hours, travel. Physical demands and work environment could be under Schedule? Not exactly. Could be under a separate section like "Work Environment" but not in allowed headings. We could incorporate physical demands and work environment into Schedule section as details about remote work, travel, physical demands. The Schedule heading is for schedule info; but we could also include work environment details there. However the instruction: Use headings only from list; we cannot add other headings. So we need to fit all remaining info under those headings. We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. We need to place: - Company intro (mission) -> About the role. - Kind of people we look for -> Could be part of Qualifications or About the role. Since it's about desired traits, maybe Qualifications. - Position Summary -> About the role. - What you will do -> Responsibilities. - Qualifications list -> Qualifications. - Physical Demands and Work Environment -> Could go under Schedule (since schedule includes remote, travel, flexible hours). But physical demands (sitting, standing, keyboarding) are not schedule. Could we put them under About the role? Not ideal. Perhaps we can create a Schedule section that includes remote work, flexible hours, travel, and also note physical demands as part of work environment. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine physical demands and work environment into Schedule. - Compensation -> Pay. Thus we will have:
