Strategy Associate - Global Client Policies
About the role
The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- According to business development needs, deep dive into client development policies to accelerate client onboarding and scaling.
- Design policies to ensure clients are matched with the optimal level of service, enabling health client segmentation and efficient resource management.
- Measure and track business performance, capable of generating business analysis and reporting independently, analyze business market performance, and conduct regular strategic assessments.
- Work closely with regional leadership teams, be responsible for key project plans designing and management, and be the owner of policy implementation.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years or more experience in Sales Operations management or Strategy or digital advertising experience preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: Excellent critical thinking ability, able to quickly identify problems and propose solutions; Good communication skills and collaboration, strong XFN coordination, and a proactive style of doing things.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108,000 - $168,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
