For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead focused on Deal Pricing to drive operational priorities around execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes.

About the role

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of strategy by translating annual goals into quarterly OKRs
  • Facilitate team operating rhythms to ensure accountability and manage dependencies
  • Collaborate on data performance tracking to inform pricing strategies and decision-making
  • Serve as a bridge for Sales and risk-mitigation functions by optimizing SLAs for approvals
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to improve workflow efficiency
  • Create and maintain an accessible deal pricing playbook for streamlined operations
  • Lead the evolution of CRM and CPQ systems to automate pricing workflows

Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years in Business Operations, Sales and Revenue Operations, or as a Chief of Staff in a high-growth environment
  • Experience using advanced generative AI tools for operational efficiencies
  • Ability to translate corporate strategies into operational frameworks (e.g., OKRs, KPIs)
  • Exceptional written communication skills for structured documentation and playbooks
  • Experience in mapping and improving complex cross-functional processes
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stacks like Salesforce, including writing business requirement documents

Pay

$120,000 – $160,000 annually
