About The Job

The Partner Engagement team sits within Global Partnerships and ensures that we bring the best of Google to the partner experience. This team is responsible for owning executive preparation, planning, and advisory for moments when Google's leaders will engage with executives from our most strategic partners, with the goal of accelerating product use and business outcomes via partnerships. As the Strategy and Operations Lead for AI Partner Engagement, you will help position Google as the AI transformation partner of choice through the 'AI Innovation Labs' program, our flagship, cross-Google executive summits program. Acting as a key cross-functional subject matter expert, you will synthesize Google's AI offerings across divisions such as Cloud, Ads, DeepMind, and Google Labs and advise on how these align to partner priorities. You will consult and collaborate with account teams and cross-functional leaders to craft and facilitate curated executive engagements that are directly tied to influencing strategic agreements and driving business. You will also use strong critical thinking and business judgment to identify roadblocks and deliver operational excellence for these complex, high-stakes partner engagements.
