The Strategy and Operations team (gSO) at gTech is comprised of strategic partners and trusted advisors who drive success and transformative changes for gTech. We create value through deep functional and business expertise combined with analytical rigor to formulate and deliver strategies. Responsibilities
- Define problem statement and project scope to deliver against key business objectives with guidance, while executing components of a project plan and help deliver aspects of projects in a high-quality and timely manner.
- Support data-driven annual business planning process and annual goals by landing the business plan in partnership with all the stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to facilitate business judgment, market understanding, and fact-based analysis to identify, prioritize, and solve business problems.
- Monitor and track metrics to ensure progress against business objectives, while building the processes and reporting needed to monitor performance against targets.
- Analyze and interpret complex data from multiple sources and effectively communicate in a structured and compelling manner to surface actionable insights to help drive the business.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Preferred qualifications: Experience providing actionable insights and solutions to problems and helping evaluate business needs and issues, experience with analytical tools/techniques (SQL, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, spreadsheet software), understanding of market, product, organizational and cross-functional nuances with an awareness of when to seek additional support and guidance, ability to execute on project components and support business processes with some guidance, strong analytical skills, including ability to analyze and interpret data and effectively communicate in a structured and compelling manner.
Pay and Benefits
- US: $100000 - $142000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
