Strategist / Media Buyer
About the role
The Strategist / Media Buyer will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of B2B advertising. They will be the quarterback for Multiply's customers, helping to build the organization and company from the ground up. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on campaign management, working closely with the AI agent Blue to optimize campaigns and improve the AI product.
Responsibilities
- Customer onboarding and strategy
- Lead onboarding for new customers
- Define ICPs, audiences, funnels, creative direction, and testing strategy
- Set clear success metrics and expectations
- Hands-on campaign building and performance
- Build, launch, and optimize LinkedIn and Google campaigns directly
- Own day-to-day performance across customer accounts
- Lead execution across humans and AI
- Partner with Design, Ad Ops, and Engineering to execute strategy
- Write clear creative and campaign briefs
- Guide engineers on how the AI should evolve based on real campaign work
- Act as the voice of the customer internally
- Surface insights, friction points, and feature requests
- Own customer relationships via Slack and recurring meetings
- Run monthly strategy and performance reviews
- Give clear, direct feedback to customers to help them win
- Build trust through transparency and results
Requirements
Strong experience running LinkedIn Ads
Comfortable being hands-on in campaign managers
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain what matters and why
Clear communicator who works well with executives and engineers
Fast-moving, execution-focused, and resilient
Excited by change and ambiguity
Qualifications
Experience in B2B marketing and advertising
Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Campaign Manager
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Experience with project management tools
