Strategist
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Ensure we have real content. Let's extract content. About Us paragraph: "The Freeman Company is a global leader in events, on a mission to redefine live for a new era. Benefits list: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance; Tuition Reimbursement; Paid Parental Leave; Life, Accident and Disability; Retirement with Company Match; Paid Time Off. Pay: Salary range and bonus. Schedule: hybrid schedule 2-3 days per week in-office and/or show site. Locations: maybe part of About the role or Schedule? Could be under About the role as location eligibility. We must not create sections with filler. So we will create sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. About the role: include About Us paragraph + Summary (including location list and hybrid schedule? but schedule separate). Maybe keep location list in About the role. Responsibilities: the Essential Duties & Responsibilities list. Requirements: Education & Experience (including degrees, years experience, etc). Could also include Travel up to 25%? Travel is separate but could be under Requirements? Might be better as its own but we have no Travel heading allowed; we could fold into Requirements as a bullet. Skills: list of skills like analytical, PowerPoint, AI tools, critical thinking, communication, organization, etc. Could extract from Education & Experience. But we must not duplicate content. If we put all Education & Experience under Requirements, we might not need Skills separate. However we need to avoid thin sections; maybe combine Requirements and Skills into one Requirements section? But headings are prescribed; we can omit Skills if not needed. The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not that we must use all. So we can omit Skills if we don't have distinct content. Better to have fewer substantive sections. Thus we can have: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat info. Let's craft About the role prose: combine About Us paragraph and Summary (excluding location list? maybe include location list as part of About the role). We'll keep location list as a sentence. We must not repeat job title. We'll produce:

But schedule we might move to Schedule section. However we included schedule sentence in About the role; maybe better to move schedule to Schedule section and remove from About the role. Let's keep About the role without schedule; schedule separate. Thus About the role: About Us + Summary (excluding hybrid schedule sentence and location list? location list could stay). We'll keep location list in About the role. Now Responsibilities: list. Requirements: Education & Experience + Travel up to 25% maybe. Benefits: list of benefits (excluding salary and bonus). Pay: salary range and bonus. Schedule: hybrid schedule 2-3 days per week in-office and/or show site. Now we need to ensure we preserve all substantive information: location list, hybrid schedule, travel up
