Strategic Transformation Program Manager

Job Description

Will be part of the International Customer Excellence (ICEx), the Strategic Initiatives & Transformational Delivery team serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and cross-functional teams to advance ICEx's highest-priority innovation and transformation agenda.

Seeking a strategic Project Manager to lead transformation and innovation initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive execution across global teams. This role requires strong business acumen, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to influence, solve problems, and lead change. Experience with digital transformation, process improvement, AI-related initiatives, and stakeholder adoption is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA minimum required
• 5+ years of experience leading strategic programs, business transformation, or cross-functional initiatives
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Experience driving digital transformation, innovation, AI, or process optimization initiatives preferred
• Strong program/project management experience from planning through implementation and adoption
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate complex business priorities into clear action plans and measurable outcomes
