Strategic Transformation Manager
About the role
Growing, acquisition-focused organization looking to add greater structure, scalability, and discipline around strategic initiatives. Need a dedicated leader to drive cross-functional transformation projects rather than relying on individual departments to manage initiatives independently. Looking for someone who can identify operational bottlenecks, build solutions, and independently drive projects through execution.
Strategic, hands-on internal consultant who can assess a business problem, develop a solution, gain stakeholder alignment, and execute. Strong cross-functional project leadership across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and other functions. Someone comfortable with ambiguity who can create structure where processes may not currently exist. Ability to influence across the organization without direct authority. Must be able to independently analyze data and create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and recommendations. Consulting/professional services experience strongly preferred; Engineering background is a major plus.

- Develop KPI dashboards, executive reporting, and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
- Translate business data into actionable recommendations and improvement initiatives.
- Create executive-level presentations and communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations.
- Drive accountability and execution across teams without direct reporting authority.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in business transformation, strategic projects, consulting, operations, project management, or related functions.
- Ideally 2+ years of consulting or professional services experience.
- Experience within industrial services, manufacturing, chemicals, environmental services, engineering, supply chain, or another operationally complex business preferred.
- Proven experience independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, PowerPoint, and executive communication skills.
- Must be hands-on, coachable, adaptable, ambitious, and comfortable operating independently.
