Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Execute joint go-to-market playbooks for Unissant's strategic technology partnerships, aligning partner capabilities to active federal pipeline opportunities.
- Establish and lead structured partner relationship cadences, including operational syncs and quarterly reviews, while tracking action items and fostering collaboration across partner and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Capture Managers and Solution Architects to integrate partner capabilities into active RFPs, technical proposals, and mission-aligned solution strategies.
- Drive co-selling and marketplace activities, including deal registration, partner-led lead generation, and transaction optimization.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner sales teams, account executives, partner managers, and internal delivery leadership.
- Track and report on partner-influenced pipeline, deal registrations, and marketplace revenue utilization, and provide routine progress updates to executive leadership.
- Define, coordinate, and manage strategic technology partner training requirements in collaboration with HR to ensure internal teams gain the certifications, enablement, and technical knowledge needed to deliver and grow partner solutions.
- Support the development and maintenance of partner-specific content packages and catalog reusable partner-centric use cases across programs and customer needs.
Work Experience And Job Skills
- 5–8 years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, or capture management within the federal contracting (GovCon) industry.
- Operational knowledge of partner programs and field sales structures for technology partners such as AWS, Snowflake, Palantir, and similar ecosystem providers.
- Demonstrated experience supporting technology-driven captures or programs within National Security environments, including DoD and the Intelligence Community, or Federal Health agencies such as HHS, VA, and DHA.
- Foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure and data analytics concepts.
- Experience with proposal development and capture efforts.
- Ability to translate partner capabilities into practical, competitive, and mission-aligned solutions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline is required, or equivalent practical industry experience may be considered.
- Advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
- Relevant cloud practitioner or partner certifications, such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, are preferred.
- DoD Secret or higher clearance is preferred.
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present partnership strategy, pipeline status, and opportunity progress to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Able to build relationships across internal teams and external partner organizations and communicate effectively with technical, business, and sales audiences.
Clearance Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance is required; active DoD Secret or higher clearance is preferred.
Travel
- Occasional travel may be required based on partner meetings, internal collaboration needs, and business development activities.
Environmental Requirements
- Mainly a routine office environment.
- Hybrid work arrangement based in Herndon, Virginia.
- May be required to lift up to ten (10) pounds.
- Flexible in working extended hours.
