About the role

Peraton is seeking qualified individuals to support a wide range of programmatic and technical engineering disciplines for the intelligence community customer. All positions center on engineering support to the design, development, test, and evaluation of systems along the tasking, collections, processing, exploitation, dissemination (TCPED) chain. We are our customer’s trusted advisors, solving their most challenging technical problems and advancing and modernizing their technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Engineering modernization and integration practices to include Digital Engineering and Agile at Scale for all of NGA, NSG, and ASG.
• Support programmatic and technical engineering disciplines.
• Provide engineering support to the design, development, test, and evaluation of systems along the TCPED chain.
• Solve challenging technical problems and advance and modernize technical capabilities.
• Establish effective customer relationships.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• Adapt to a dynamic environment and work in a flexible manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, physics, or related technical field.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret / SCI security clearance and pass a polygraph.
• Willingness to work at a customer facility.
• 12+ years of experience relevant technical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communications skills.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change.
