About the role
Victor 12 is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing innovative training and IT support to Federal agencies, including the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training products in compliance with SCORM/AICC and Section 508 requirements.
- Support Lifecycle Maintenance (LCM) efforts and implement leading-edge customer support service desk systems.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, managers, customers, and program leadership to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Pass a background investigation, including FBI fingerprint check, and provide “identity-proofed” verification through authentication of two forms of Government-issued identification.
- Be eligible to obtain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card to support Federal clients.
- Be available to work according to established East Coast hours in a distraction-free remote environment.
- Have authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
