Future Workforce Strategy Enablement Team

Baseline Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student.
  • Likely to pursue a degree in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Strong research skills: Ability to gather, synthesize, and present information effectively.
  • Focused and detail-oriented: Meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Independent, flexible, proactive, and self-organized: Eager to take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and manage your time effectively.
  • Creative and willing to ideate: Not afraid to think outside the box and contribute innovative solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Research & Design Thinking: Assisting with research and workshops focused on the Design Thinking methodology to uncover learner needs and inform innovative learning solutions.
  • AI Agent Development Support: Contributing to the development and refinement of AI agents designed to enhance learning experiences.
  • Learner Research: Conducting learner research, which may include, but is not limited to, designing and distributing surveys, conducting interviews, and analyzing feedback to understand learning preferences and challenges.
  • Content Development Support: Collaborating on the development of various learning materials and assets, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and aligned with LXD best practices.
  • Project & Stakeholder Support: Assisting team members with project coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational administration for various future workforce initiatives.
  • Ideation & Innovation: Actively participating in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh perspectives and creative ideas to the table to continuously improve our learning offerings.

Hourly Range

  • $18.00 to $50.00 per hour.
