As a key member of the Procurement organization, the Strategic Sourcing Senior Advisor is a strategic thought partner to business and technology leaders, responsible for solving complex sourcing and supplier-related business problems and translating enterprise priorities into actionable strategies. The role combines structured problem solving, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder influence, and procurement expertise to drive measurable business outcomes across Professional Services, with a primary focus on IT Consulting, IT Managed Services, IT Outsourcing, and related technology-enabled services. This position does not support the procurement of IT hardware or software. Required Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience8+ years progressive experience in procurement, supplier management, category managementProficient at MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointStrategic and innovative thinker able to influence and advise the business areasStrong executive presence with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skillsCritical thinking, analytical skills and business acumenConflict resolution skillsConsistent thought leadership Preferred Job Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineer, or a related fieldMBA or Master's DegreeExperience sourcing and negotiating Management Consulting engagementsExperience negotiating complex commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), resource pricing models, and supplier rate cardsExperience developing business cases and performing financial analysis to support sourcing strategies, supplier selection, savings plans, and investment decisionsExperience conducting supplier benchmarking, cost modeling, and total cost of ownership analyses to identify savings and value creation opportunitiesKnowledge of Outsourcing services and technology-enables service delivery modelsStrong critical thinking, business acumen, intellectual curiosity and willingness to constructively challenge the status quoStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data, facts and logical reasoning into insights, recommendations and decisionsStrong executive presence with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to adjust communication style for different audiencesAbility to influence stakeholders across functions and levels of an organizationAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments while managing competing prioritiesKnowledge of e-Procurement systems and tool; experience utilizing Procure-to Pay and Contracting modules or similar procurement systemsAdvanced Excel and data analysis capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days work from home.
