About the role

You will manage RFQs with Thermal Liquid Cooling suppliers for Costed BOM, NPI development costs, and change history based on each design-phase milestone. You’ll ensure raw material readiness, track and report key material shortages, and collaborate with teams and suppliers to accelerate delivery schedules and reduce supply chain risk. You’ll also manage Thermal Liquid Cooling BOM and part numbers, release forecasts and demand orders, and negotiate with suppliers to secure material delivery. Additionally, you’ll work with suppliers and engineers to perform risk management for material readiness and reduce excess and obsolete inventory.

Responsibilities

• Understand BOM structure and design process in Thermal Liquid Cooling (servers/Rack).
• Track and manage Thermal Liquid Cooling BOM and part numbers at each design milestone.
• Release forecasts and demand orders to suppliers; negotiate to secure material delivery schedules.
• Monitor raw material readiness status; track and report key material shortages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to pull in raw material delivery schedules and reduce supply chain risk.
• Plan and perform risk management for material readiness with suppliers and engineers to reduce E&O.
• Use well-structured trackers for planning and organization.
• Take proactive, timely action until issues are resolved.
• Work effectively across organizations to achieve company goals.
• Consistently go above and beyond job requirements to drive results.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure information accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial, or Technology Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Advanced analytical and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., pivots, V-Lookups).

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in ODM/OEM Manufacturing or Server System Solution.
• Direct experience in supply chain function.
• Proficiency in procurement and supply chain principles.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
