Strategic Sourcing Manager - Procurement

About the role

This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance within the Legal & Accounting space. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for professional services purchases, including conducting needs assessments and managing RFx processes
• Manage renewal of existing contracts, optimizing terms and right-sizing licenses
• Analyze and develop TCO and ROI models to support KPI compliance for suppliers
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess their needs and create RFx requirements
• Maintain supplier relationships through structured reviews, performance tracking, and issue resolution
• Provide market intelligence and sourcing insights to inform category strategy
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years of experience in procurement strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Deep knowledge of consulting and service deliverable-based contracts
• Strong analytical capabilities, particularly with spend data, utilization metrics, and TCO modeling

Pay

$98,230 – $186,220 annually
