About the role
This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement category-specific sourcing strategies
- Identify cost savings opportunities through analysis and supplier consolidation
- Conduct comprehensive supplier evaluations and competitive bid processes
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service level agreements with suppliers
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance against KPIs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with goals
- Analyze spend data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience in related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with proven cost savings achievement
- Experience in managing strategic supplier relationships and competitive sourcing
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in spend analysis
- Strong project management capabilities for concurrent initiatives
- Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite
