Strategic Sourcing Manager I
Position Purpose
The SCO Strategic Sourcing Manager I works with Supply Chain Operations' Contracts, Field Operations, and Systems to identify new projects, coordinate project planning, ensure documentation is complete and stored appropriately, and progress project implementation forward to meet timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Identify, vet, evaluate, and implement supply, service, and equipment initiatives including standardization, conversion and education rollout
- Serves as a liaison between the leadership committees and SCO to ensure supply chain is supporting their initiatives and that supply chain is communicating applicable updates to leadership
- Ensures documentation is complete and stored appropriately
- Tracks project implementations to meet timelines and budgets
- Obtains and assimilates information from hospitals and vendors
- Performs data analytics
- Creates reports to present project status and recommendations
- Responsible for financial analysis for opportunities
- Utilization reporting and adoption tracking
- Captures load information for Smart System changes based on project
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Healthcare Administration
- 1-2 years of healthcare and/or Project Management experience
