Strategic Sourcing Manager
Job Summary
The Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing the implementation, ongoing support, and prioritization of supply chain management initiatives. They develop and drive the business systems strategy and roadmap, oversee multiple projects, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develops and drives the overall business systems strategy and roadmap
- Manages multiple projects ranging in size, complexity, and duration
- Oversees the creation and delivery of data-driven insights across Tower Health verticals
- Directs Supply Chain projects related to improved workflow and cost-saving initiatives
- Supports the creation and delivery of complex healthcare analytics projects for diverse uses
- Leads analytical teams in developing their expertise
- Mentors and trains the analytic team on techniques, data features, analytics software applications, clinical scenarios, business dynamics, and requirements
- Oversees the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, requirements, methodologies, coding, testing plans, and results validations
- Provides personal experience and subject matter expertise to support complex healthcare analytics projects
Requirements
Education Requirements: A 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience: Healthcare experience preferred.
